1. Who We Are

TensorShift LLC ("TensorShift," "we," "us") is a software company based in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Contact us at hello@tensorshift.ai.

2. What We Collect — tensorshift.ai

The TensorShift website (tensorshift.ai) collects minimal information:

Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and message content when you choose to contact us. This is sent via email and not stored in a database.
Hosting logs: Vercel (our hosting provider) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information, governed by Vercel's privacy policy.
Analytics: We may use cookie-free analytics (Vercel Analytics or similar) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personal data is collected or stored.

3. Product-Specific Privacy

Each TensorShift product has its own data practices:

MedicaidCheck: Fully stateless. All processing happens in your browser. No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted. See MedicaidCheck Privacy Policy.
OCEAN Personality Test: Fully stateless. No accounts, no data stored. Your personality trait scores (numerical values only, no personal information) are sent to a third-party AI service for analysis and are not retained. See Section 3a below.
ScopeGuardian: Account-based product with its own privacy practices. See ScopeGuardian for details.
Other products will have their own privacy documentation upon launch.

3a. Third-Party AI Processing

Some TensorShift products use third-party AI services (such as Anthropic's Claude) to generate analysis or recommendations. When this occurs:

Only non-personal, aggregate data (e.g., numerical scores, category labels) is sent to the AI service — never names, emails, or identifying information.
Data sent to AI services is processed according to the AI provider's privacy policy and is not retained by TensorShift.
Each product's in-app consent screen discloses when AI processing is used before any data is sent.

4. No Cookies or Tracking

The tensorshift.ai website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, device fingerprinting, or behavioral tracking of any kind.

5. Payment Processing

Payments for our products are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. Stripe's data practices are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website and products may contain links to third-party websites (product sites, government resources, social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@tensorshift.ai.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For most of our products, we do not collect personal information at all.

9. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in email only for up to 12 months, after which they may be deleted. We do not maintain a separate database of inquiries. For product-specific retention, see the individual product privacy policies.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting on Vercel, and minimal data collection by design.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via our website.
