5. Accuracy and Limitations

Our products use AI models and published data sources to generate output. While we strive for accuracy:

6. User Accounts and Data

Some products are free; others have paid tiers. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies are specified per product. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

Custom AI development engagements are governed by separate service agreements. These Terms apply to the use of our website and products, not to custom engagements unless specified.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TensorShift LLC, its officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on AI-generated output.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENSORSHIFT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Middlesex County, New Jersey, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
